I Bought 13 BROKEN PS5's - But How Many Can I Fix? I paid $550 for each PS5 in this lot of 13. I tested all the PS5's and found a variety of problems including a bad HDMI port, freezing while playing games, graphical issues, and PS5's that wouldn't turn on.

PLEASE BE AWARE: There's someone impersonating me in the comments section. Please don't contact them...they will scam you. I'm verified on KZread so if you see a comment from me be sure that it's my verified account. ALSO... these PS5's were bought from a retailer, then returned to the retailer and likely exchanged for another PS5. Not all PS5's are sent back to Sony...you can also take them back to the store that you bought them from. When that happens the store doesn't send them back to Sony...they sell them off as salvage.

Got the replacement back.. same buzzing power supply.. Total failure but as far as operation goes, they were both fine. I appreciate the explanation of your actions. You’re right that it makes no sense to get rid of what can (sometimes) easily be fixed. Morally, you’re doing the environment a service in giving plastic and everything involved in making a PS5 a second chance at life. I think lots of people could learn a thing or two from you and your outlook on life. I imagine you don’t make much profit from fixing electronics this way, and that it’s largely time consuming. You probably rely on KZread and other mediums to fill your wallet, but you’re doing a good thing, and I respect that.

Don't reply to anyone who isn't verified that's pretending to be me. They're scammers. Instead call them and waste their time! I NEVER sell anything in the comments section.

With PS5 even if they turn on & work that doesn't mean they are not broken in my experience the issues usually range from errors or crashing while playing games or wifi issues or sound issues that don't usually pop up while turning on & installing a game or updating the system software

That was pretty cool to watch. I always wanted to be able to fix things like this, monitors, and such. I do try, but it's pretty involved and I'm not schooled on such things.. I'll keep learning
