This man is passionate about the food he creates and is a master food artist creating edible art , he also is concerned about the freshness and quality of the food as to not adversely affect the diets of his patrons , much respect to this master of food art ,

It’s very infectious. I really enjoy making my own pizza or making pasta out of scratch, trying new pasta dishes etc. I am german, so my country isn‘t popular for its own cuisine 😅

The Italian puts passion and poetry (just hear Franco Pepe here when he explains things) into his way of cooking! The Italian cuisine is a fundamental part of the great Italian culture.

Everything tastes better when the ingredients are fresh; this is the advantage of having your own garden at home, because everything comes from freshly picked ingredients, but there are also local grocery stores that sell fresh produce.
I'm absolutely devastated you left him hanging with that fist bump at the end! Real opportunity missed there Vincenzo 😢

In Dubrovnik there was a small pekara (bakery) that made panzerota. It was kind of between the Italian panzerotti and a piadina. When you're hung over and starved at 3am it is the best food.
The ONLY truth is: BE AWARE, you cannot watch this video around midnight, some hours after your dinner, without mouthwatering and the desire to get dressed and go out looking for a pizza that looks like this

No, it's not. I can understand some people take it personal but facts are facts. Everybody thinks that the Japanese make the best Japanese food, Chinese make the best Chinese food, Indians make the best Indian food, etc. Only with Italian food there are fools who think they can make it better then Italians. You can be affectionate to your Trabant and love it more than a Lamborghini Diablo but the Diablo costs much more.

I've had some of the best New York pizza. I haven't even had pizza in Italy and so far a Neapolitan pizza still stands as the best I've ever had
