Not a lot of options in Canadian Costco’s. In Central America, we have pizza (cheese, pepperoni & supreme), fries, chicken bake, calzone, chicken pieces, chicken wings, cheeseburger, chicken burger, chicken salad and hot dog.

Try asking for onions up at the front as you get your hotdog. 🌭

Maybe next challenge you could do Costco Hot Dogs for 14 days 🌭

When I go to Costco for lunch, it’s 1.50 for a hot dog & soda and a slice of pepperoni pizza is $2.00. Not a bad lunch for $3.50. Extremely bad for your health, but not your wallet that is ! 😂🌭🍕🥤

That sounds looks and sounds and looks good. You should make a hot dog with Kielbasa or polish sausage on a hot dog buns which are the same thing Costco has. It depends on what they sell at their stores. Eckrich is the best, Ken. When you're at the grocery or Walmart you can always buy a jar of saurekraut, and you can dice an onion while your at it too and store them in the fridge to keep both refrigerated and when you buy hot dogs at Costco and you take them and keep them in the fridge and you can have mustard on your hot dogs and both Saurekraut, and raw onions too. Just like that and simple.

You should buy your own condiment and add it to your hot dog century at Costco by pickles 🥒 heritage muffler ketchup

Well, this was interesting! I don't know if I can, or want to eat only hot dogs for a week! And I love Costco hot dogs! At our Costco in So Cal, they didn't get rid of the onions until covid. The sauerkraut was always in a little ramekin that you had to ask for at the window. Kudos for doing that for a whole week! (but don't do it again! All that sodium! ) Next challenge do something where you can switch it up, like eggs. Boiled, scrambled, over easy, etc., and you pick a few condiments to add. Like salt, pepper, tomatoes, onion, peppers, butter, mayo (egg salad) Go for it!

Nothing better than a cheap date night!! Glad you both had a good time!!

The US Surgeon General has classified hot dogs and deli meats as class 1 carcinogens (cancer causing in the bowels and stomach). While I know Ken is not promoting this as a diet and it was for fun I think viewers should be aware these food items should be eaten sparingly. At 36,750 mg. of salt over the 7 days-- that's 5,250 mg. on average each day... that's a heart stopping amount of salt for anyone.

I really enjoyed this video!! Very unusual and unique content....and of course u will lose weight if you're only eating 1500 calories a day in comparison to usually eating more.
