The hot water trick works, you just need to swish it around in your mouth and spit it out. The oils from the pepper are released into the hot water. It burns worse when it's in your mouth, but it helps stop the afterburn.

Cold water makes it worse and hot water makes it better because they will get hotter so it will go numb and lower the spice.

Or maybe cuz ye she adds a lot of spicy things with millions of scovils but then she puts food 9 to 10 times it's amount so it's pretty much doesn't have an effect . Just give her a 60k scovil pepper to eat as a cucumber and she would cry .

The person who suggested hot water to help the spice is really stupid
I want Lisa to do a video comparing spicy food eaten in different countries and then rating them (with scovilles mentioned). This is bcoz I've never tried the stuff she eats for spice tolerance and honestly I can't seem to compare my level of tolerance with hers.

One thing I've tried that did actually help cooling down the spice after is fizzy lemonade or another fizzy drink. Try it and see what you think! Stay safe! 😁❤
I love her dedication, it's actually very hard to eat spicy food especially for the ones who can't tolerate that much spicy food, My head usually starts spinning when I have something which is too spicy 🥺
