    Yesss! The treadmill for me is a necessary evil!😂I need it for a no excuse way to run. Ive run for hours on a treadmill for marathon training and Ive used it to maintain fitness(where I am now) I love how cardio and a good treadmill sweat makes me feel!🙌🏽

    There are 2 things in my life that I can say I believe in the price of the investment, My treadmill and my hair straightener. Built strong, lasted for years and never leaves me disappointed.

    Hi Shanika! I love treadmills, however I have not been using the incline. I feel guilty about that, however I sweat bullets during my workout. I walk 4 miles an hour, at 1 hr 40 min x 5 days a week. Day 6 I walk in a park with friends and rest on day 7. Your NordicTrack treadmill was a great investment! 15 yrs is a long time. 😊

    Heyyy. Those are some really great time lengths. I love it. When I first got the treadmill I never used the Incline. I started slow and noticed such a difference. I try to do walks outside as well when I can with the stroller. I find routes that have some up and down hills as well as flat for a bit of a challenge. It's nice to have those super sweat days on the treadmill. Makes me feel extra accomplished and energized and outside walks make me feel calm. Both soo beneficial. Any machine that can last 15 years will get my vote. Years of pounding and its never had to be repaired or serviced. 🤗

    I hate treadmills so much. lol Just the way they make my legs and body feel after exercise...yuck.

    They definitely can make the body super sure afterwards, and like a jello feeling in the legs. But it means your working the bones and muscles nicely. It takes some time to get used to. Music keeps me motivated. 😊. Thank you for watching.
