Winning games this season is good but this season is a write off. I thin the manager and club know this. For context, in American football in the NFL, it is not uncommon for a team to do so badly in the first half of the season, that they just from that point on they bun it off and only play youngsters for the remainder of the season. The key, KEY problem is relatively simple: the players NEED to know there is an stable starting XI and a simple system. I’m not saying they’re right or wrong, but that’s what they NEED. So far, Potter hasn’t satisfied that need. If he does, team performances will improve tenfold.

It's easy to say but if you go on a long streak of not scoring enough, people demand changes. People were screaming to replace Kai with D. Fofana, and he did. It didn't work, and now they're asking why he changed things up. It's a dilemma, do you keep bashing your head against the wall with something that hasn't been working, or do you try to change things hoping for a different result, with the risk of losing consistency? Also I think it's been tricky to provide a stable XI. Reece James had to rest, new players have to be integrated, other key players come back one by one from injury. People screaming to see D. Fofana, Kovacic, Chillwell, James. Complain when they're introduced, complain when they're left out. Complain about changes, complain about nothing is changing. He had a decent XI, then unprecedented injury situation came, then new signings came, then injury situation is improving and players are coming back. Felix red card. Reece James getting injured again immediately after coming back. Hard to stay consistent with these conditions I think.

Chelsea need to back the manager. There is a bad culture at chelsea where players have been getting managers sacked.. they did it to greats like Mourinho, Vilas Boas, Tuchel. The board need to put the foot down and kill the toxic culture. The number of clear chances Chelsea missed in the games vs Southampton and Dortmund is disgusting. Send em all for shooting training. Extra shooting training until they can score simple goals.

Potter getting too much sticks , it feels like players doesn't response to him since Chelsea is a big club and players thinks he's not the manager for them. Potter needs to get the control back in the dressing room. Feel sad if he get sack
