Perfect execution showing how hard it was for Mando to take down a single dark trooper then having Luke come in and basically effortlessly wipe out all of them with next to no difficulty.

Something often overlooked, when Mando removed his helmet and Grogu touched his cheek, that is the first time anyone had touched his face since he took the Creed!

Bivouac: Term used mostly by army, backpackers, mountain climbers, etc. It's a temporary shelter set up in a location that is protected from the elements. In the context used in the show, Cara was asking where the dark trooper droids were stored on the ship.

The hallway scene reminded me of Rogue One since it’s a parallel of both Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader. Like father, like son. In case if you didn’t know, the production team used a technology to de-age Luke Skywalker and they used the audio to match his voice from the original trilogy.

43 years. Some of us waited 43 years.... to see Jedi Master Luke Skywalker. Not "farmboy Luke", or "half trained Jedi Luke", or even "Jedi Knight" Luke... but JEDI MASTER SKYWALKER. After Episode VI were the Dark Years... when the story (on screen) stopped. We never got Jedi Master Skywalker. With this episode we finally did. So, it's OK to cry at this one.

Great reaction video, Yasmina! This is my favorite episode of The Mandalorian. I'll never forget the firat time I watched it: it was one year after my mom passed away and we were all in lockdown due to the pandemic. It was nearing Christmas and it was so difficult to feel positive about anything. When I watched this episode and Luke Skywalker, my absolute childhood fictional hero, arrived and saved the day, it was so incredibly powerful that he not only saved Grogu and his allies, but he saved me as well; I know there are many others who feel the same way. I cried my eyes out through the last ten minutes of this episode. Seeing R2 as well was so very welcoming. Din revealing his face to Grogu made me feel like I was 7 and sering E.T. for the very first time. What an incredible ending. Thank you Jon and Dave for bringing back hope.

Enjoyed your reaction! Also, this is probably my favorite episode of the show, and there I like pretty much all of them a lot, and the second season was really great. The reveal was so well carried off that it blew me away the first time I watched it when it premiered and it is still so well executed, especially the growing concern on the face of the normally unflappable Moff Gideon.

From the moment I saw the Jedi had a gloved hand and a green lightsaber I sobbed like a little girl (I am a large man). Luke revealing his face was the nearest thing to a religious experience I have ever had. *Edited to add*: this is the first video of yours I've seen. You have gained a follower.

The story about Bo Katan's other mandalorian is, in Episode 11 The Heiress, he died. The hallway scene where Mando ran through blaster fire to throw a thermal detonator at stormtroopers was supposed to be Axe Woves getting shot at and dying saving the rest of the team. If you notice, he's not in the final scene when Bo tells Mando to find Ahsoka Tano. The script for Episode 16 was already written and in preproduction without Axe Woves, so they simply went without his character. By the way, I've been tallying the fanboy, fangirl reaction to the end of the episode. Fanboys are brought to tears when they realize it's Luke Skywalker. Fangirls are brought to tears when Mando takes his helmet off so Grogu can see his face for the first time. Everyone is an emotional wreck when R2-D2 makes his appearance, because, well it's Artoo.

bivouac - military term, like a base or encampment. The is a little more after Boba took the throne- announcement of The Book of Boba Fett, that was unknown at the time. Great you were unspoiled for most things, after the Jedi showed up, everyone was talking about it.

The one time when they actually gave us bit more what some of us older fans wanted to see in the Disney Star Wars. Luke fighting against enemies at the peak of his jedi powers. No bitter old man throwing away lightsabers and spending time drinking blue milk coming from some odd creatures chest.
