If I were to ever have a child and found out they were gay, I'd hug them so tightly and tell them how much I support them & how proud I am that they came out to me. Love is love, regardless of gender.

If my child was LGBTQ+ I'd respond with; "Me too." And then give them a hug.

I have some Chines gay friends, it felt like my heart is nailed because I know how it feels to be not permitted by my own society to be a person who I desire to be.
