Wow! Very Impressive! Do you have a link to ur sources? Kun, Winwin, Ten, these guys just are just different types of overachievers. Background-wise, WayV members are very interesting and impressive. It's not just their looks and talents, it's their character that really makes them so much more attractive. I mean there are a lot of pretty faces, but without character and depth, a pretty face quickly becomes boring even if he/she is talented.

@@FactCheck_127 Hi! WayV is my favourite subunit too and they're one of my ults (the others being Monsta X and TXT) in fact! They're incredibly talented, funny and wholesome and deserve SO much more than they are getting and I absolutely HATE how SM and most NCTzens seem to ignore them and downplay their popularity and success like they're nothing and should just disband, it makes me so mad. I do love and support all of NCT and have been since their debut in 2016, but WayV are still by far my favourite and have a very special place in my heart! ❤️

Agreed. The same goes for Winwin as well. They both deserve so much better smh. Although, I do disagree that SM has only one gem. There's a LOT of them there which is why SM needs to treat them better and appreciate all the talented people that they have.

In my humble opinion....Way V has always been the most talented of the NCT sub units.

This ages like wine. Winwin was different in this video, couldn't stop looking at him. This is his style

This song is about depression and I feel like ten and winwin are the same person. Ten is the side which wants to escape depression and anxiety and fights with it but it keeps defeating him as he falls down and slowly learns to live with it and at the end it embraces him as a part of him. Most beautiful performance ever.

I had the exact same theory in my mind! 😮 The fact that Ten wears white and is front of a green, vivid tree, while Winwin wears black and stands in front a dead tree supports the theory. The way WinWin almost pushes Ten to the dead tree might also mean that he is trying to get Ten to end his life . (0:50-0:55) Edit: Look at Winwin: He grabs Ten's throat (Wants to end him) and Ten puts his hand on WinWin's shoulder :o (He wants to find another solution maybe?) .... 0:18

In my opinion it is. He trained in Chinese traditional dance since he was a child till idk what age but it was a long time. That style of dancing is rooted in him and that’s why he’s extremely sharp with his movements.

Winwin is Tens darkness . Ten tried to fight it, tried to get rid of it cause it’s eating away at him... but in the end he gives up and embraces it ... 🥺

i don't mean to compare but i feel like ten has received a lot of opportunities in nct to display his talent? he was on hit the stage, has 2 solo's with new heroes and dream in a dream, has posted dance covers and such on the nct dance channel, he shined during baby don't stop with taeyong, had a point dance break in black on black, has been involved in some collab dancing stages with other idols and is generally recognized as nct's best dancer but if you're talking about contemporary dance then i agree we don't see it from ten as much so far. winwin, on the other hand, we sadly haven't seen him dance like this before much. we've seen some of his contemporary dance as he had a solo introduction stage at a few awards shows back in 2017, and some during weekly idol but nothing to this extent. i do hope tenwin receive more opportunities to display more of their talent in the future though which is why i'm thankful for project rainbow v

i'm almost in tears, i love how they conveyed so many feelings in one choreography... winwin and ten, please come back, do more performances like this together, you guys are incredible dancers and artists... my heart hurts because i want wayv working together again...

I'm so Ten biased but Winwin absolutely shone like the brightest star out there in this performance. I'm at a loss for words. He's incredible.

The situation here is that WinWin is a classical dancer (chinese tradicional) and Ten is a urban dancer and that is very obvious on their technique, so both of them are awesome but in different ways

Which actually explains their story better in the behind the scenes video. Like I know that probably has nothing to do with it but still *I* think that its cool to just see their differences and compare them to the story.

homo sapien most importantly everyone in WayV not only babying Winwin but also give him confidence to sing and dance unlike 127 Doyoung when he told Winwin to stop singing when he was showering. You can see how quite Winwin was with 127 because they kept on clowning him not having lines, they’re mean and not good team for him

Why did i find this 3 years late? I’ve been missing this masterpiece for 3 years!! I can’t believe it… I don’t know what to say, I’m speechless, this is absolutely beautiful, amazing, duality is perfectly represented in every detail… Dark and light, black and white, bad and good, death and life they are opposites but cannot exist without each other. Can’t stop watching it, i really love it.

I am so speechless. Not only are these 2 good at the normal more "hip hop" style dance but they also can find their roots and create an absolutely stunning contemporary piece too. It was also so raw. No heavy make up, no shoes, no back up dancers. Just 2 talented boys bringing their ballet technique to the table. That was so refreshing to see. NOT TO MENTION THEY PUT ALL THIS TOGETHER THEMSELVES!

I would not say they have ballet technique. The movements could be described as “balletic”, but they do not possess or show ballet technique (at least not any that I can observe). Nonetheless, I agree with your comment. This was a stunning piece.

@@noelletham7275 the only reason i say ballet technique is because almost every form of dance branches out from ballet like lyrical contemporary and jazz. For example they pointed their feet and did jumps where they attached their passé which strings out from ballet. Like in the Regular choreo there is not really any ballet technique but more like isolations and popping. But in this piece it showed their ballet side :)

it’s really rare in kpop that artists are given the freedoms to truly create and I really love that WayV is getting to do this more. So much of kpop, especially from SM, is perfectly formulated, and successfully fulfills the sugar rush. It blows it off the roof. But it’s so refreshing and fascinating to see something a bit more real from these boys who are too often used as puppets for the industry. The fact that Ten and Winwin choreographed and designed the whole dance and concept for this video is so cool and I love seeing their interpretation and creative process and their chemistry is insane I am so happy for them

back here in 2022, they did such a good job with this performance, their dynamics match so well

as a dancer, i am blown away by the sheer talent ten and winwin have. they make the dance seem effortless and the emotion conveyed is stunning yet heart-wrenching. this is a masterpiece.

sorry this isn't related to ur comment but i wanted this comment to be noticed XD.....I CAME UP WITH THIS THEORY AND I NEED U GUYS TO KNOW ABOUT IT.....IT'S A CONTINUATION OF THE GENERAL INTERPRETATION Ten represents the good side of one and winwin the bad one and their initial positions support it as well....ten with the tree having green leaves and winwin with the leafless tree BUT There's more to it Did u guys realize in the end ten and winwin change places?!? Like ten is hurt....and he is standing near the leafless tree while winwin is strong and is standing near the tree with the green leaves.... and in the end he kinda consoles ten Maybe they tried to tell us that what we deem as the bad aspect of us maybe not entirely be bad?!
