I Almost LOST my PB Trout!

words can not describe how insanely excited I am to share this video with everyone. I cannot believe I was able to land a monster sized trout out of McSwain. Big thank you to my buddy Josh for the help, without him I'm not sure I would have been able to land that insanely huge trout.

You are very lucky to have lake with big trout. The place were I live, the lake is full of tilapia. Trout are only available in the rivers and the size are small.

The majority of the trout in that lake are small but in really grateful that these big ones are in there. Tilapia are good eating, although I have yet to catch one on a rod and reel.

Thats i nice size trout. Whats your rig setup? How long was your hook leader line?

Thank you👍 I was using an ultra light rod and 4lb test line. I usually like to keep my leaders around 18 inches long and use a size 6 or 8 hook.

@@HooksetHank thank you. U seem like you fish mcswain alot, is there any bluegills, catfish and carps in there? I see mostly folks catching trous there

@@BillaBong1 there are some catfish and carp or sucker fish in there that I know of. I've seen people pull them out of there. But not a whole lot of them.

@@BillaBong1 I'd suggest getting out there early in the morning if you can. the bite seems to be good between 6 and 8am. Good luck out there!
