@@michaelshanahan2844 I'm sorry, are you a big wave surfer or judge or a lifeguard? Because I am not sure how you can tell if I'm capable of saving myself or not in a situation like that. How accurate is the data you're basing your assumptions on? You're aware of my skills?

She's maybe like the climbers ascending Mt Everest you just have to pay without having the real ability. But way kudo's on her waves.

Thank you. I've been training for this trip for years. Not 10 but 3 years of full time training to prepare to tow & paddle on small days I don't see a problem here

Tim did a great bird's eye view of outlining her experience. Ballsy effort on her behalf, good on her in having a go ! Maybe have been slightly premature in her ascendancy in surfing Nazare, but 10 points for effort !

Hilarious, especially when you can see a guy PADDLING in BEHIND her. I mean, I guess she at least went for it, but really should not be out there, if for no other reason than endangering everyone else out there.

If you can't swim out of it without assistance or flotation even once? I recommend free-diving and that big-wave safety course they have now. Work your way up the ladder. Glad she's ok.
