Hi, I'm sorry if I make you confuse. The June 9, 2023 mean is they actively reviewed our case. You can count from the start our priority date last year was July 1, 2022.

Congrats!!! I have a few questions, when did you submit your i130? Is your son over 21? Was the petitioner a US citizen or resident? Hoping mine will be approved soon, also in Nebraska and submitted in Aug. 2022. Thanks!

@cowyowe8332 according from their site You do not need to bring your Affidavit of Support or financial evidence you submitted to NVC. However the civil documents must be original. Yes, try to request from your husband the original.

As per public information it will will take 2-3years

First, congrats on getting approved. I filed i-130 for myself and 3 sisters. 1 of my sisters first got 11 months, the other 5 months and then myself and the 4th both got 9 months. I checked back closer to 5 months, and the 1 with 11 months moved up for 1 month then weeks. The one initially with 5 months moved back and now showing 2 months. Myself and the 4th showing 3 months....my question is, is this a good sign?

Hello ! Please help me understand I filed the Form I-130 to reunite with my son in 2020. I additionally needed to submit Form I-824 (because I didn't provide the address on the form). My account says they received my Form I-824... My case was approved in 2022 and transferred to NVC. I became a US citizen two weeks ago and I need to make a request to change my status. I went to the NVC website and in Public Inquiry Form they are asking for a recipient number but I can't figure out which recipient number I need to enter, for the form I-130 or I-824. The numbers are different. Please help me understand. Thanks in advance for your reply!

Hello, my mother is a US citizen and is currently trying to get her brother in the US swell. While I was filing the I-130 form as her preparer, we ran into some problems. 1. My mother's parents are very old and they live in a very rural part of Nepal. They only have their year of birth but not the month and date. Will it be fine if we just make one up for both of them? (Also, would the USCIS know that we made it up through her previous Us citizenship forms that she submitted before?) 2. Is it okay if I made my Uscis account through my own email instead of her email so my mother could file the I-130through it? And I name myself as the preparer while I help my mom fill it out ? 3. Also in the "Other information part", it says to provide information about beneficiary in their native written language, however, on the file requirements, it states that " if your documents are in a foreign language, upload a full English translation and the translator's certification with each original document". What should we do? 4. Do we have to file out the blank space under the questions where it asked about his passports and travel documents if he has never been in the United States? 5. What happens if my mother and her brother do not officially have their birth certificate?

The main thing to do is to be more patience and wait, if your waiting more than 16months then you can contact them for the update.

Good day po, My tanong lng po sana? Our status now for spousal visa po ay has been approved and were about to start on NVC stage? Once po na e comply na namin yaong mga requirements documents needed for the NVC? Thank you po, wala pong I-485 sa amin nasa pinas po yung beneficiary. Mag fifill up lang po once nasa USA ang beneficiary.

@jemaimataneo9471 hmmm.. I'm not sure po exactly kung ano ibig sabihin nun. Maybe you can ask po your husband to clarify kasi yung iba na meron pong ganyan may mistake po yung pag fill up nila sa form ng I-130 instead sa pinas ng embassy manila ang processing ng visa, nailagay ay sa United States ang beneficiary.

Oh I see, you have a pending I-130 petition for your wife. I'm not expert on this, however base on public post through website it's okay for her to visit you as a tourist visa and must follow the guideline. You may consult also an immigration attorney for legal advice specific to your situation. All the best!

For supporting documents Po for interview in the future. We're in NVC stage now Po complying our requirements sa NVC I mean Po.

@@Pen87Vlog Yes Mam, actually Po my testimonial kami during the 1st stage Yung sa application palang sa USCIS and Hindi Po yon napa notarized but now Po na on NVC stage complying our requirements Po to be submitted?, Sinabi Ng lawyer Po if my testimonial request lng Po Ng notarized testimonial letter. Kasi Po almost 3 & half year Hindi naka visit Ang aking Asawa Po due to pandemic and saving money din Po. E ask qo lng Po Sana how many months din Po Ang response Ng NVC?
