Hi there, do How do I get a letter from the nvc if my address in Costa Rica doesn’t really work? (Addresses in CR are very confusing)… do you know if I get an email with the same information also?

Hi Tim my hubby is always watch your videos and tin, so me also now recieve my noticed approved from uscis and got letter from nvc, the truth I was stressed out cos I don't know how to it so many confuses hehe, and now a little bit better. How about your wife's spouse visa, have you reciece nvc letter too,?

In

(formally Truth 59) I watched this video when you initially uploaded it Stephanie but I had not received my approval notice at that time. I finally got my approval and just paid the fees :) just waiting to be able to complete the Affidavit of support and the DS-260 and upload all civil documents. I reverted back to your video which clarifies all the steps which were so informative and clear. Hopefully I won't have to wait much longer once the documents have been approved to receive my interview at the embassy. Thank you so much again for taking the time to upload this video. Your video's are the best!

I understood from the video that once you have the case number NVC and Invoice ID, you must wait another notification by e-mial or mail from the NVC where they will indicate that there is available visa to continue the process and payments. Your information is very accurate and short . Thnak you

That takes a while right now, took me 1 year and 3 months to receive the confirmation letter saying my wife was approved and her process sent to the visa center.. with covid now I am sure that might take longer.

@@civicpride1986 same here i applied for i 130 for my husband it took a year to get approved, and now its taking a while to do the nvsc since the pandemic.

Great video . You forgot to mention a very important step. the i601A. for those who's traveling to their country for an interview with the US officer.

Thank you very much the best informative and the best helpful matters about immigration very precise explanation...i love it.deffinitely i will share this to my husband which i did already because we just received our approval at USCIS so now working the next step. This will be one of my favorite vlog content ever.

Two update :One is the affidavit of support is required to bring with you to the interview and two you don't have to pay for your green card before the interview you can do it once you reach the USA just be mindful that the longer you take to pay it's a longer wait time to get it

Wow, this is exactly what i was looking for. I am a foreign student in Canada, recently finished my PhD studies. I just obtained my EB2 NIW I 140 Petition, and i will have to start the IVP from Montreal Canada.

Who is supposed to fill out the public charge questionnaire? Is it the beneficiary or the petitionner Also I thought the only people who fall under the public charge is the one who recently petition for loves one sibblings parents or yor children Can you do a video on that. Subject please I think it wpuld benefit a lot of people Thanks

i receved lettre from NVC with case number and Invoice ID im in F4 2013, but if I check my status in ceac,state,gov i see my statut not paid, how much time i can start paid fees in web site?

Thank you for such great content! Quick question, I just got my IR1 visa last week however I did not recieve the immigrant visa packet... few days ago I paid the immigrant fee. I’m just puzzled if that sealed immigrant packet will be delivered to me separately or was it supposed to deliver along with my passport/visa? Thank you for your time 🙏

Excellent video. She explains it better than my lawyer, but I have sooo many questions, hopefully someone can help me with one. I paid the NVC fees last year, got the parole approve, got the ok to start with embassy interview but embassy is still close and I'm approaching the year deadline my question is: am I going to be okay?

Thank you for the indepth explanation of the steps involving IV process with NVC. I do have one question that has been bugging me. My wife and I recently received approval notice from USCIS and welcome email from NVC. My wife is currently in Africa and I am stationed in Germany. I planned on utilizing the SOFA visa that allows spouse/dependents to stay with service member in foreign country. This will be done while we continue with the NVC processing. Is it pissible to change embassy visa interview location from one country to another? How is the process like? Do I have to make a special request?

Sagittarius 82 USCIS already Did their work by approving your petition and moved forward to NVC. As you stated you already received approval email from NVC (Assuming you’ve already paid fees, submitted civil documents and financial support documents). NVC ll assign you an interview date and they ll schedule your interview at nearest US CONSULATE/Embassy when they’ll open up. (Usually NVC don’t send approval emails if documents are under review so double check) Sit tight and wait for embassies to open.

@@karendaymon8987 I did, my case is still being reviewed. I have been in the dark since early 2021 March. But given the response time for my processing center(Texas). I am due a response between December 21-March22.

It will takes atleast 6-8 months to approve all your documents from nvc .may be little longer due to covid pandemic

I’ve been stuck at NVC waiting for an interview date since July 2020. All documents and fees have been paid so the process is no longer smooth and easy the way she us explaining unfortunately 😞

Thank you so much for this video. This is so relevant to my situation right now. I wished I knew this video exist before I fill out my I-130 application. Now I had to do an I-824 form and had to fee additional fee for my error. Anyway, thanks again for this video it helps me understand the process now.

Just wondering how my petitioner lost access to filing the Affidavit of Support (step 4) after having paid the processing fee. We're not even informed it expires (if it does). Thank you

Mehreen they are tell now only after accepting all documents we will schedule your interview with islamabad embassy only until the embassy is open your not going to receive latter

I was a keen optimistic to to travel to Canada I tried all I could to get a visa to Canada for I failed for 2 years, A medical doctor based in Canada referred me to Aiden James , he really guided me and I was issued a visa on January.

He submitted my application to ESDC for LMIA followed by the second application to CIC, finaly i got a permission, well I got my Visa afterwards mr. Aiden James. is really playing a professional role.

Thanks for sharing valuable information about the process. If Petitioner has submit I-140 and ETA-750B. the petition is approved. Does Affidavit of Support and financial docs are required ?. If petitioner has entered names of children and spouse in I-140 part-7 and checked the box Yes for applying visa abroad. after a approval i-140. if NVC prepares the case and issue case no. then petitioner wants to immigrate alone at this point of time in order to establish his job and save the cost at that time. Can he process visas of all other family members later on ? If U kind enough to make complete video for EB2-NIW for advanced professionals. Looking forward to hearing U.
