The implementation and learning of what he speaks about here can and will take years. Consistently publish 50-100 log form videos and his strategies will prove valuable. Alex is way above my level!

Alex has been talking about “Sell to Goal” for a while in his content and books. In seeing this Diagnostic process, I finally get what that means.

"i just wrote down the new sales process... took me 4 hours" Alex level of mastery in business is so high that -even if he will share everything- no one can match his ability in either teaching business nor implementing what he's preaching.

Alex is such a comedian, that's the perfect mix of education and comedy, it was funny as hell towards the end

I hope he never takes this down so I can keep coming back to this timeless content

I believe he has in-house teams, he shared in his free course: that he works with agency until his in-house team learns enough from the agency

I found 5 relatively easy ways to change my business for the better with a whole progress plan for implementation while not really looking for them throughout this video. I wonder how much more I’ll find when I rewatch with intention

This is pure gold, Alex. I prefer videos with no effects, editing, etc. I need more selling and converting content. I can get leads easy (maybe not the right leads) but it's hard to get monthly signups and also keeping people who lose interest after some months.

This is great content. I literally spit my drink out when I heard doing 20k a month. I do more than double that and I have 3 people in my company, and 0 brick and mortar locations I’m leaving so much in the table holy cow

I think of want as Step 0. A pseudo-first step. Because while it is the initial step, the one that comes before everything else... it also doesn't necessarily lead to actions (further steps, i.e. Step 2/3/etc.) or results, so it doesn't quite qualify as Step 1 ("the first step").

I love the behind the scenes/optimizing a business, but I got issues choosing a product/niche/industry to create a "beyond great" product. If someone forced me to chose something I think I could excel, but it's just so exhausting to commit.
