Jack h I drove the car with a short throw shifter, before and after the restrictor delete mod, and I didn't notice a huge difference but my sister said she noticed an improvement in the release or something :)

it makes the clutch release and engage a little softer and slower. almost like how a shock absorber works. removing it allows you to dump the clutch and get instant hook-up. it also releases faster without the restrictor

Hey man i have a clutch that doesn’t engage at all, i’ve replaced both master cylinder and slave cylinder but it hasn’t let me even engage gear. it doesn’t have pressure did i maybe bleed and flush wrong or you might think it’s something else ?

The pressure plate should be constantly engaged always engaged so the hydraulic parts they only disengage when you apply pressure at the pedal. If there’s no engagement at all that means the pressure plate is released for some reason which usually only happens when you press hydraulic pressure onto the slave so I would assume that it would be something else if there is zero engagement perhaps the pressure plate or maybe even the transmission internally
