I've had the HYM530SPER for the last 9 months or so, same engine and has the quick connect hose fitting to clean under the deck. loving the new easy turn as my roller really pulls at the grass when trying to turning around.

Would love to see how it folds up and stores away.

Thanks for the review on Hyundai mowers, looks like a substantial machine. Going to try and source them in Canada. An update after you have used it for the summer would be great.

The wash facility is not mentioned. All new to me. I have viewed a video of how to do this and it recommends setting the mower to its lowest cut setting and running for five minutes. I have not tried it yet. I think the upper wing nuts should be on the inside same as the lower wing nuts. The 'fit' for bolt head matches the form in the tube very neatly and the bolt length is excessive. Fitted the way you have shown risks scraping the knuckles if manual start is used. The manual shows them on the inside. I searched for the oil and thought it had been forgotten. I never thought to look in the sealed grass box uuurrrggh.

Interesting mower , like the cleaning facility but would upgrade to the side mulch system for my mowing

Sill reliable after 3 years?

On sloping grounds, it is best to lock the front wheels otherwise it will follow the terrain and have to hold on it.

Thank you for your review. I have just bought one exactly this type. My old mower which has lasted for 22 years had throttle control. This mower seems to have one engine speed/ revolution setting. Is this correct? I have emailed Hyundai and await a reply. They have asked for a video of the mower running. It also seems very noisy, 97db(A) reqires ear defenders to be worn. What do you think?

Thanks for the video, no mention of air filter or oil filter for the engine ? Be interested too in the oil change frequency. 4 stroke mowers are new to me , I've had a two stroke Victor since I bought it new 21 years ago but our section has around 1800 m2 so it's getting a bit tired. As I am pushing it up and down the slopes. Cheers

Thanks! It worked well for us, but we replaced it about a year a go as we upgraded to an Ego mower.
