I replaced the screen but when I reinstalled it screen is black, however the touchscreen worked. Any ideas?

All we have to do is simply replace this screen. Simple - after several screw drivers, pries, and heat guns to remove screws, covers, tape, ribbon cables, circuit boards, adhesives, etc. Then, after all that you didn't show if you got it back together and if it worked!

Your radio is probably manufactured in a similar fashion so the general concept of replacing the digitizer will be the same. It's not too dissimilar from doing the same thing to a cell phone. Either way, more knowledge = better.
