I will never forget how my friend puled the whammy on me with, "Hey, have you seen my goldfish?" apropos of nothing. Just blammo! Dropped that right in the middle of the conversation. It was like that feeling you get when you forget how to sign your name. It was a brilliant play. We laughed about it.

Kevin Hogan Asked permission, and the response was "Whatever you need!" I said what I needed, and it was instantly granted. Seemed like he felt guilty for interrupting me for the phone... Maybe this is playing on their guilt just a little? Hmmm. - Roland in CT

This reminded me of the classic scene from white chicks when Kevin takes Denise back to Latrells house and she asking about who the guy in the picture is (as there's a huge picture of Latrell hanging on the wall).. He's starts blagging that's his trainer and he's got the picture up for inspiration and then randomly asks her "have you watched titanic?" She says no and he goes "me neither" straight into "would you like something to drink" and she's says "yes some wine"..but she's a bit dazzled coz he's just done a double pattern interrupt! Brilliant!

What do you mean try to rebuild or continue at 11:50?

I did this accidently in the 80's. Walking out of a very nice nightclub bar with my girlfriend, talking about something with a male bouncer outside, we hit on a subject that he really connected with, and distracted (interrupted) him, when we got to the car my girlfriend asked me to hold her beer, and the Velvet table cloths we walked out with. He didn't even notice! Lol

Would you do a formula on how to use Pattern Interrupt on Video sales letters?
