After blood pressure medication I develop strong tinnitus, dizziness and nystagmus from the ototoxic meds side effects, how can be this treated? 😢 It's severe, I get ride off blood pressure problem and medication because changed my life style but my tinnitus kills my pacients from 3 months now, please advice ...
I am 36M 76kg, slim, very active with cardio and resistance training and have a BP of 120/80 and a BMP of 90 at rest. Should this be lower given my activity level? I'm more concerned about my BMP is this a problem?

Is there a reason you didn’t include nitroglycerin in the treatment?

Nitroglycerin is only good for emergencies because of how fast vasodilation occurs it reaches max potency in about 5 min. It is also only indicated in cases of angina. HTN (especially primary or essential) is a chronic disease meaning we should focus more on long term control and preventing micro vascular damage.
