I began following this blood pressure level solution t.co/GsO1JmyXtf last month right after having hypertension for 2 years and being prescribed medication at suggestion of nurse. During my next visit to the clinic, the doctor said I didn`t need to take medication mainly because my blood pressure level lessened normal again.

IMPORTANT! One thing that was omitted in beta-blocker contraindications: bradycardia of any type (AV block especially). Just thought it was important to add, because it is one of the most common drugs used, while AV block is also a very common pathology. Thanks for the great videos man!
Thankyou is not enough to appreciate your work. Your videos are sooo helpful.

VERY very informative. Thank you.
It’s important to remember that this is not the main mechanism of action of diuretics. There’s phase one- increased volume of urine, but then comes phase two- excretion of sodium ions and volume of plasma come back to normal, but decreased number of sodium ions in the vessel wall inhibits the Na(into the cell)/Ca(out of the cell) exchanger, so there’s less Ca in the cell and that causes relaxation. Diuretics increase prostacyclin synthesis as well, which also makes the vessels relax. That’s why we use them- not to decrease blood pressure by decreasing amount of fluids, because that would cause dehydration.
Awesome lecture so far I listen
Thank you so much for your great work!
Amazing explanation like always :) could you cover also more neurological disorders??
