What kind of nutrients do you use for your hydroponic hops? (if I look closely I see a brand called "Nelson Garden Hydroponic Nu...."?)

Nothing special really, just called hydropinic nutrients

DrHans how are the roots doing being constantly submerged in water? I was under the impression that hops shouldn’t be soaked in water that way? Also an idea for winter is like what you said in video 1 can wrap it up and put it in the fridge. This will also trick it to think it’s the hops dormant period so you could essentially replant it a month later

Any suggestions? As I mentioned in the part 1. I don’t know yet. All input will help. I have an idea though. How about: rapping the roots in some sort of cloth and just dig it down over winter. Dig it back up again in the early spring. Any thoughts!!

DrHans Brewery ... unfortunately I have no ideas. I planted some hops this year ... total newbie. BUT growing hydroponically seems very interesting

it doesn't look as though you are aerating the water are you worried about root rot given the rhizomes do not grow well when constantly saturated?

Hop shoots should be always , put on the rope counterclockwise. So you actually hold them down from the beggining.
