that’s why I prefer to wait for the investigation to be finished before I accuse HYBE or jump into the hate train… MHJ used her presscon to make people sympathize her and it work then she also used New Jeans and their Family to shield herself from the hate and paint HYBE as the villain(well for me HYBE also has issues but I’m still waiting for the results of the investigation)

Min Heejin said so herself she started by the Y2k concept. She is the one who's accusing everyone of copying New Jeans. Y'all should really open your eyes. Hybe might be the largest shareholder BUT the creative decisions was Heejin's to make.

just an example of 'hypocrisy'. jeans just play safe on their side which actually the best move. (law suite can go by their agency, not them. :P) others on the other hand just hallucinated themself (and hypocrite). (as what i did is 'got inspired' and other are 'copying' me. :D) bad people whom no one should participated with (in all angle), all of them just like a cult of 'no logic'. :P hope people can got more 'educated' from this.

@@chetan3708 I can't answer for BP, but it's obvious you've never listened to BTS's music or examined their lyrics. Most ARMYs are fans because they are looking for good music, can't find it elsewhere- certainly not among Western artists- and stumble on it with this most unexpected thing: a boy group that's actually GOOD at music. How? By not informing the group's CEO that she wasn't allowed to use other artist's work and claim it as original with her? That should've been understood. But then, she did come from SM; maybe she didn't understand integrity... or copyright. HYBE's not trying to kill NJ; ADOR is trying to take them.

@@ystrw HYBE did try to kill NJ because all of the drama happened right before their comeback. HYBE suddenly attacked MHJ on media despite they can resolve the problem internally. After kicking out MHJ, they plan to put NJ on 18 months hiatus (according to what Park Jiwon said to NJ's parents)

Why, she didn't even wait three hours before plastering internal issues all over the place for the whole world to see. Similarly, HYBE is not the one who called a press conference and yammered on for two hours, making false accusations and releasing privileged information. Nor is HYBE the one pretending that an audit was an 'attack'- that's you and your copycat-rabbit fandom. As a company up for conglomerate-status, a very strict audit of HYBE and all subsidiaries was required BY KOREAN LAW. It would be beyond ridiculous for HYBE to sabotage the comeback of the group that's responsible for 10% of their income. But MHJ had her agenda, and she's going scorched earth: if she goes, she's taking the group down with her. That's why she's weaponizing the children and their parents. She wants to do as much damage to HYBE as possible because the company isn't jumping through all her hoops and bowing to all her demands.

All creatives, writers, designers, artists, musicians, borrow from what they studied. Do you know the Kim Sisters? Perhaps the original kpop group that played covers of their time. Their career lasted from the 50's'- 70's. How about the original girls groups from the 40's, 50's and 60's. Did JYP rip off The Supremes or pay homage? Save the drama for your mama.

And those that do borrow credit their source. MHJ was trying to claim that all of what NJ did was original with her, and it was not. She claimed absolute credit for every bit of success and said it was because of 'her ideas and creativity.' At that press conference of hers. She was lying, because those were not her ideas, and that was not her creativity. It was taken from older groups, without crediting them. Her own director threw her under the bus only two days ago, posting to say that he finds it very annoying to have to check recently released music to make sure there isn't any duplication, and that *it's not necessary to check anyway* because MHJ has been very supportive of his digging into the past to find groups to copy. He asserted that he's only been required to credit recent groups, not 'classic' groups.

Whether you are 10 or 7 i dont care man MHJ and New jeans and her shaman can disappear somewhere.

The notion that some of HYBE and New Jeans fan-base are saying that HYBE is not to blame because New Jeans is managed by ADOR is absolutely ridiculous! HYBE is a 80% shareholder of ADOR and the soul financial investor in ADOR! So to argue the HYBE knew nothing about this, is an ABSOLUTE INSULT to their fans intelligence! This situation is only going to get worse if they do not address the issue sooner rather than later! It's pretty obvious that all the added was "NEW" to their group name and literally copied everything else from the Mexican group "JEANS" which in this day and age where you literally find everything on the internet, absolutely mind-blowing to think that no one is going to notice! 👺👺👺

i read someone said that its not the concept but the formula? is so similar, young cute girls, cheerful and easy listening song. and to think that hybe didn't like mhj's gg and decided to debut lessera first but when nj became a hit he made another gg not long after nj.

Hybe does not interfere in the creative parts of their their label..the labels have complete creative independence from Hybe..so the would not know..Hybe just makes sure their enough investment to kee each label working
