@@HandyDan It is a pleasure to be able to talk to you, I wanted to use mach3, NXcam or Fusion 360 or MasterCam, which you indicate, except SprutCam, NX seems to be one of the best Cams, I am a person who has no money here in Brazil , electrician work on a textile, look at the link to my machine that I built myself kzread.info/dash/bejne/kaV7ms2QhbquerQ.html

@@mertkars1463 There's quite a lot of choices, and a post processor is developed to work with the specific CAM software to the specific controller. Your CAD system is your choice, but all I have is a post for Solidworks with Camworks for Mach3

Thank you for the suggestion, I only had this endmill long enough to reach, most of the chatter comes from the fact the machine is not rigid, the spindle is too fast and if I slow it down it stalls. It really isn't good for aluminum at all and this 5 axis setup is not helping rigidity.

@@HandyDan The less ridged the machine the more reason to get the best application of tooling. Great ridged machines can usally deal with poor tooling choices and come out with an ok product. It takes a lot of experience and skill to make something ok on a floppy machine.
