I bought it from ebay in 2018. It was listed as a "Universal X Type Motorcycle Mount Holder Stand USB". It is great and comes with USB and attaches to the mirror mount via a RAM style ball mount.

I usually have two mirrors but the left one snapped off three days earlier.. Sorry for that..
