I recently purchased this box to start a new job in a shop. I have always had a service truck and no actual “tool box”. It’s been great though I have ran out of room and will be purchasing another in the next couple weeks. As for the privacy drawer..... I keep my handgun, wallet and Harley keys in it during the work day.

@@LITTLEBRAT775081 I’m a short guy so OT works great for me. I’ve bought another box as well and now use this one at home. I ended up with the 73” Icon with 2 full size lockers and the hutch. Total length with the lockers is 10.75 feet. Still not enough room for everything so just ordered a second 73” Icon. I will bolt the boxes together and still retain both lockers as well. Will add another hitch in the near future.

I have the exact same box and I love it! When I first started out as a Ford technician, I only had a 6 drawer snap on cart and knew I would have to get a big stationary tool box eventually. I purchased the husky as I saw no need to fork out $13,000 for a snap on box that just sits there and holds tools. It’s been 7 months since I purchased mine and I can’t say one bad thing about it so far. This box gets a big thumbs up from me 👍

Great review. Thank you. Bought this toolbox about three months ago before it went up in price. Great quality and fit/finish. Love the soft close drawers and dual power strips. Only downside is that it is hard to position by having six caster wheels. since it does not maneuver as easily as four wheel iterations. Other than that, highly satisfied. Cheers -

I do automotive for a living. Bought the Husky 52" in January and it's been great so far. Not sure if I should blame it on thin metal or "lower quality", but one thing I noticed recently is the bigger bottom drawer making contact with the welds on the very bottom of the box. I do have some weight in that drawer but it is not jam packed. I had to remove the drawer and grind off a little bit of the welds (don't remember if it was 2 or 3) so it does not make contact anymore when opening and closing the drawer

@@MarkThomasBuilder Yeah looks like Snapon has really cornered the mark on that, Somepeople have really dropped the ball in that part of the market. Also if some of them used a thicker gauge of steel that would improve their market share. All they have to do is look what Snapon is doing and improve up to that level. Even if they charged up to a thousand dollars more for their boxes they will still be getting a lot more bigger share of the market because Snapon is well too crazy overpriced.

I have this box. And it is perfect. I sold my 3 bank back top and bottom because I wanted to downsize. However in about 6 months or even less the big drawer in the bottom box broke. One of the sliders broke., I don't want to replace with the same slider. Can u recommend a heavier weight slider that I can use in this same box. Putting the same slider in will not fix the problem . It should have come with double sliders to begin with I believe.Thanks. If u have an answer please give the company name and the part number. I will continue my search.
