He simultaneously delayed his fall and dodged an attack that would've ended the game. Then proceeded to 0 to kill one of the best players in the world.

I was rooting Sparg0 but Hurt was just sooo good this tournament too stuff to him. I really hope Sparg0 prescribes the matchup so next time they play is even better for viewers

That movement by Hurt was amazing. So ambiguous and hard to track, even Spargo was struggling

Struggling is putting it lightly, they played two sets and both seemed like he wasn't able to adapt to anything, or if he did Hurt caught on played even more mysteriously

@@SomeGuy-qd3li I’m not saying it’s the defined image, but Hurt looked like a man who 100% had everything to gain and nothing to lose. Worst case scenario was an amazing showing at the tourney. If confidence is key, he had the lock, key and door they were being put on.

It feels like it's been a long time since a good Snake has done anything. So seeing Hurt tear it up live was truly a surprise I wasn't expecting while I was there.

Never felt like a clutch because Hurt DID NOT treat it like he was at 155% 😂😂 beautiful tournament by him and everyone else. Top 8 was just FUN TO WATCH!

Sparg0 crumpled so hard to nerves like I called out him jumping into the back air at the beginning, the double grenade towards the end and then into the nair. Throughout the clip I just kept repeating "do not use double jump ever, do not use double jump ever" and like 3 times he burned it and risked getting sent offstage without it before actually losing it, then he didn't grab limit and go high at the end.

SpargO kinda has a problem with playing against unfamiliar players. He has a habit of jumping over opponents and this alone lost him the set. The bair spam goes crazy too (He also just jumped onto those grenades on the last stock for some reason?)

@@cheeese7466 Sorry, I didn’t mean players that he never played against, I meant players that spargO didn’t analyze in terms of play style/habit. This is why his matches against Leo are so different from others, since they know each other decently well.

And also, I am not sure if it was either just spargO panicking or just not adapting quick enough, but he didn’t call out any of hurt’s rolls. (Hurts was kinda spamming roll for the majority of the set)

I understand that Hurt was at a near loss for Spargo's last 2 stocks. My confusion is that he was winning the set so how is that clutch? Is the set irrelevant to this "clutch" and it only involves the current match?

He's a trapper character, I mean his only option out of hitstun 8/10 is grenade. His literal combos and playstyle revolves around his explosives. In which case, a character who plays theyre combo tree, is a spammer. Snake without nades is bottom tier not forgetting his terrible recovery. Snake is a scrub stomper; if you mash itll show against snake.
