hmmm, after that class , i have some very over used tendons in that area , i might even say they may be a bit swollen ,,i have not done any bicep and tricep workouts for about 6 weeks ...mm, thanks mate, now i know whats going on .

Why coronoid fossa is not ulnar foosa name wise

The coronoid process is a part of the ulna and it's that section that articulates with the fossa on the humerus when the arm is flexed. I think that's why anyway lol.
Why is the medial epicondyle stick out so much.

A fossa is a depression, a process is a projection and a tubercle is a projection that usually has a muscle attached to it.
One must have some skills as a stand up comedian.
