Human eye: accommodation and near point (Hindi) | Human eye | Physics | Khan Academy
Why do distant things get blurred when we concentrate on things close to us? Why can't we see things which are very close to us? Let's explore how our eyes work and get answers to questions like these by exploiting the power of ray diagrams.

Sir here u have considered refraction through lens only but what about the refraction caused by the aqueous medium between lens and cornea as in previous video you have explained that maximum refraction takes place over here
@electidiffy

Sir has basically talked about both things in a together basis he is talking about aqueous medium and lens both combined but just for ease of understanding he is saying lens

Thank for solving the doubt
PLEASE TELL ABOUT ASTIGMATISM IN ENGLISH AS WELL AS IN HINDI.
@khanacademy, the video is very nice but sir i have a doubt so kindly solve it. My doubt is- In the video you said that the glass slab does not have curved surface thus the parallel rays will not suffer any refraction but i think the no refraction case is possible only when the light rays will incident on the glass slab at 90 degree so sir kindly explain that how does the curvature effects the bending of rays by taking some other examples too. thank you!
Wowwww I really like the way of your teaching👌👌👌

15:59 In physics, ( angle of deviation ) decreases with increase in ( angle of prism ). So how is focal point coming close ?????I am considering eye lens corner as triangle prisms with base in middle and apex at corners . Please answer 😕

surely we can take. It totally depends on you that how you wanted to make the image of the tree or any other object they just told us one way. and the most interesting fact is they have taken the ray from center of curvature because center of curvature surely lies on the principal axis.
