I'm like 20 lbs away from this lol It's easier to move up weight if you focus on improving your military press You can exert more force when you only have to worry about your form in one direction That and incline Arnold presses (you lay back with 30-60 degree incline and start with weights like you're starting a bench press, but then you rotate them parallel so that you can feel your inner/upper pec exerting force) It primarily works your pecs/delts but it also works the stabilizing tris so you don't end up with wonky proportions
