The last 8 weeks training summarised into one video. My powerlifting competition is now 3 weeks away so the series will come to an end soon!

    There's some astral shit going on with our back spasms at the same time haha. I'm glad it's nothing serious though especially close to comp - you're gonna kill it dude, very excited to see how you get on!

    The upper back strength for front squats is very specific. If I don't do them then I lose the strength in them pretty fast.

    SI joint injuries suck. I have had one for about 2 years and it’s difficult not to aggravate it again

    You mentioned doing Comp Grip - Close Grip - Comp Grip. Which one of those Comp Grips is the heavy day? Or are they fairly similar in loading? Amazing progress man, cool to see you are on track for something good.
