6:55 the asterisks seem to suggest that Fortified and Tyrannical weekly switch places, not that they are planning to change the affixes

It can be that or something else. Who knows.

I’m liking it. Some variety, some flavor. I push high keys (25-26s in season 3 DF) but I also enjoy thematic elements in the lower keys.

This is a huge change that I'm super excited for. Very curious how it will actually feel!

Affixes never concerned me much, the timer did. I LOATHE timed instances, it's why i will never set foot in them, they induce immense anxiety and i sure as hell don't need it. The playerbase is screwed enough already with their competitive mindset(the whole score, parse rubbish), the timer make it far worse, dreadful.

Xal'atath will show up during the affix activation! So atleast we will see her more.

I recall their reasoning for tyrannical and fortified being on seperate weeks, was because of the overwhelming difficulty it would cause, even if they were just the two affixes, so unless their getting a serious downgrade its going to be a big problem
