Wow! Hawaiian Islands really are thousands of miles out in the middle of the ocean surrounded by ocean waters thousands of feet deep! I think I'll stick with the Rocky Mountains and the California Continental Shelf!

@@SabrinaBella36 I actually went there with little savings and no job lined up right after this, about 1 week later, and never left. 19 years old and knew nobody there. Had a place to live my first night thanks to the people of Kauai being so dope. Doors open like crazy if you're young not with a partner and just want to work and surf

Chip Pee cause you can't paddle in to the wave fast enough then get down the line before it breaks onto the reef. its called whipping in, the whip you into the wave advantage fast speed also , there feet have a strap like over them to help keep them in place for high speed

Surfers paddle into far bigger waves on Kauai, Maui and the north shore of Oahu without the jet ski assist. In this video, conditions are pretty nasty so the jet ski was needed to get them out of trouble, but they could have paddled in to the best waves.
