It’s nice to see and EMD (Virginian) and a G.E. (Norfolk Southern) on the same train as it makes spotting the similarities and differences a lot easier. The distinctive feature of the EMDs are the two fans on the roof above the radiator section (the fans on the G.E. are hidden under the metal grating, though the two both have a large bulge on the back where the radiators are.) The distinctive feature of the G.E. Unit is the two air tanks above the fuel tank, but below the walkway on the right (Engineer’s) side. Also, the exhaust stack is more pronounced. One could go on and on, but that’s a topic for a whole ‘nuther video! 😎

Another awesome video AC! That 052 looked familiar ;) I appreciated the extra info on that move, as I never knew much about it. I also didn't know that Air Products is moving to Florida. That makes me extra glad that I went out and saw it on the Lehigh Line...never knew when it'll disappear. Also always enjoy the DL action!

It really depends on where you're at.. Here in Northeast PA, anything CSX is rare although a LOT more frequent now than at any other time in the past.. CSX cars can be seen in about half the trains but this is only one of two times that I've ever seen anything "Family Lines" in this area and the only time that I've ever seen it in Steamtown or on the D-L..
