今天我们来做一款用天然色素、没发粉、酵母、汽水或ENO也能开裂的火龙果笑口发糕。颜色漂亮,味道香甜可口又健康一家大小都爱吃呐。
这个发糕的做法是我上次做紫薯小蛋糕时无意间发现的,只要拿捏好粉和水的比例以及面糊里有吸水性很强的食材就能让它在蒸的过程中爆裂。过后我还不断调整食谱和做法,尝试做出比较理想的样子、口感和味道前前后后大概试了13次吧。这不是零失败的容易食谱,所以建议想尝试的朋友,请先试看1粒蛋的食谱份量。

- 少许柠檬汁/白醋
- 少许盐

Today we are going to make a natural coloring Pitaya Huat Kueh (steamed rice cake) that can be cracked without baking powder, yeast, soda, or ENO. The color is beautiful and natural, the taste is sweet, delicious, and healthy. Our family loves it.
The method of making this cake was accidentally discovered when I made the purple sweet potato cake last time. As long as the ratio of powder to water and the strong absorbent ingredients in the batter, it can crack during the steaming process. After that, I continued to adjust the recipes and practices about 13 times, trying to make a more ideal look, texture, and taste. This is not an easy recipe with zero failures. If you want to try it, please try the recipe size of 1 egg first.
We have also shared Red Yeast Rice Huat Kueh before, but the texture is different from this time. This one tastes like the steamed cake that I shared recently, it's dense and moist and has an extra scent of rice.     沾米粉 是哪種粉? 看到過 糯米粉 蓬來米粉 在來米粉 玉米粉.... 或 自己打用糙米 浸泡 打漿

    我觉得你的发糕发得不够好,通常我做的会膨胀很高然后开裂得很美。不过你的颜色的确很美
