HTC is on second in dxomark with note 9 and it is far more better than oneplus6

I love HTC

I would prefer U12+ but I am a bit disappointed by its memory management, hopefully they will improve that

Y is this comparison....i mean ya for the sake of speed comparison....its good, well done....but my fellow mates....htc is htc and quality always speaks for itself...not point of comparison taiwan giant with an aweasome upbrought startup.....i mean thats giant ppl.....not even google has confidence on its design team buying htcs workers...so kinda of quality htc has.....i dont even point out argument with either fellows s9 or op....htc is htc...end of discussion

DouSpast I would still prefer the great build quality, best audio via aptx(32 bit) and type c earphones(24 bit audio), best camera which scored 103 dxomark which is higher than s9 plus(99), iphone x(97), clearer display(2k+ or qhd+) on htc u12➕ over cheap quality op6.a millisec difference is not enough.also, for me it's a tie because htc also loads almost half of apps faster.

I wanted to buy this phone after mine died because I love htc, and I've had htc for 7 years, but this smartphone was overpriced for me and the autonomy wasn't so good for a flagship. So I took the 1+ 6t. I hope htc is going to work on that, because I miss htc sense, htc audio quality and picture quality too 😭

After tax the HTC U12+ is $330 more for me then OP6, is it worth it, hell no!

I hate to be that guy, but when you opened the settings app, Oneplus wins, but YOU said advantage HTC.

These phones are really close but one is cheaper than the other.

U12 plus is a Mo'fuckin' beast!!

I see it as a tie. HTC was quick to open/load a lot. But OP6 had the hardware to keep them open. Overall great test man :)

Did anyone else notice how hot the HTC is running? on the Antutu Benchmark page (at timecode 6:50) the HTC's temperature is 41C (105.8 F) and the OnePlus 6 temp is 34C or (93.2 F). It seems that the HTC MAY experience issues with slower performance if you're a gamer since the hotter the processor, the worse it should perform... also, the phone may have a thermal cut-off to prevent damage to the phone, so if you use the phone as a GPS in your car during the summer months (unless you can keep it cool) it may shut off when you really need it. I love HTC and have the HTC 10 now... just food for thought.

better hardware doesn't mean much if the software optimization sucks..... oneplus beats most new high ends on Bench mark scores and also on ddr speed.

TheChameleon2008 There is nothing wrong with their software optimization.Htc has almost double screen resolution than op6 then also it loads some apps faster.Almost more than half of the apps are opening faster in htc.Higher screen resolution, build quality, camera quality makes the phone heavily priced.It beats the same resolution phone like s9 plus very easily.

True, of course this isn't accurate but saying this phone is fast because it has the best hardware it not always correct. I am not saying HTC sucks but its funny indeed how oneplus blows away so many phones tho and that for such a low price makes it a winner for me. I also think the HTC is a awesome looking for and ill rather take a HTC over any samsung any day because samsung has 1 of the worst UI skins in the world even tho it got a little better of the years but still so terrible optimized.
