Dr, എനിക്ക് 50വയസുണ്ട്, മറ്റു ജീവിതശൈലീ രോഗങ്ങൾ താൽക്കാലമില്ല, ഫുഡ്‌ കൻഡ്രോളിലാണ്,ഞാൻ daily ഒരു supradyn daily tab ഉം 1000mg omega 3cap ഉം എടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്, ശരീരത്തിന് നല്ല wait ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു, മരുന്നിനു ശേഷം കുറച്ചു മാറ്റമുണ്ട്, ഇത് condinue ചെയ്യാമോ???
