Jeff The drunk is easily one of the greatest wack packers, if not the best, he always puts a smile across my face. After all that cigarette smoke, alcohol, and bangs to his head over the years, it's a miracle that he's still alive, who'd have thought that Jeff would out live Ralph. strong disagree with that one man, Jeff and Elliot provided some of the greatest moments on the show. The parts I always skip are the long, incredibly boring interviews with musicians and actors. I couldn't care less about some celebrities' personal life.
