How is Zane doing now? Any updates?
Wow, he’s so well spoken, intelligent, and passionate. My absolute favorite interview.
Sober Leon has been a great help to me. I didn't do the classes, but the videos were my springboard to stop drinking!
Great video, makes so much sense now to me after 40 plus years of drinking, 82 days sober and it feels great, all the best to you guys ❤
Excellent! This helped me. Thank you both so much!
Totally agree with the expiration date, fake it to make it phenomenon 💯
Thanks Zane. That was really insightful
One of my favorite sayings is: The restart is more important than the detour. Therefore, there is still hope.

I began drinking in 1988, aged 20. I gave up in December 2016. I had this inability to stop at one or two, and always had to get drunk. I drew up a list of benefits that sobriety would bring.......and there were many! Having this physical list at the ready was really beneficial to me. I also eat sensibly, visit the gym 4×wkly and have grown a goatee to give off a blokier, burlier look. Once you're gone, you're never coming back. You'll be gone for billions of years......so it pays to prolong your life. I feel better now than I did in the 90's......when I should have been in my prime!
Alcohol has lots of sugar inside. It would probably be better for a person to eat six pastries a day than to drink six helpings of alcohol a day.
Well done Zane! 👍

Thank you! 😀
Thanks for sharing Zane. Unfortunately I don't have the money to do this as I just don't make enough. So am going to try and do this by watching videos like these. I hope I can do it.
