OMG! I am listening to this podcast Mel & this one must be from 18 months ago, & you are obsessing about your picture wall & I just listened to one from now, & you are still obsessing about the picture wall 18 months later, & have not gotten to it! This fact made me feel better about myself, who also has things like this that I have not gotten to for a similar amount of time! I guess they have made it to the highlighted 3 things that have to get done today yet! Thank you for all you do to help us make it through our lives in a more sane way!

Listening to this episode just gave me the amazing insight that the people who witnessed my shameful regrettable actions in the past could be forgiving me and welcoming me like the parent welcoming the prodigal child

The mind dump was a game changer today, thanks Mel I needed that! And I finished my rough draft for possibly being the person to give the college graduation speech this year in May on the 2nd. I couldn't have gotten through this semester without your show in my tool box of things to motivate me and get me through.

Mel is just great. I think the menopause references are however sometimes confusing as Menopause as I understand is the day we’ve not had a cycle for 12 months and then we are ‘Post’ Menopause. I recognise there are however ongoing symptoms.

Why are you pointing at my initials? Kind of sick of being treated like a ghost and being isolated from society and so not sure why this game of souls it seems needs to be played out upon me and people refuse to accept me for who I am without bending reality to one extreme or another and totally lacking in communication. Sick of "agencies" and entities surveilling me also or trying to entrap me in their little set ups, games, tests or whatever they are or people want to call them
