This was great! I can spot the assholes from a mile away and my blacklist gets bigger and bigger every week. There are so many people trying to take advantage of small businesses that do indeed suck the life right out of everything that we do, but the happy, supportive and appreciative customers far outnumber the assholes.

I think it may be true.. when you listen to something it stays stuck on you! This hit because I search words of encouragement. And I do feel ashamed for being a donkeys ass for not learning in the past! God bless you and hope you may try to understand that some people have a lot problems! And do not realize how they are acting! God can make changes! But yeah, there are some people who can be like that! Keep praying for them, or us, I guess! I don't know where I fall! Thank you for helping realize this!
