    This is a great conversation: I believe it‘s important for everyone to properly coordinate and keep their appointments; whether it‘s dinner with friends, a reservation at a restaurant, a hair or nail appointment, or an appointment with a customer to discuss a project, etc. Time management is an underrated skill. And our time is very valuable. I would seek a discussion with this person, and be positive, professional and polite, and lay down the rules.

    Can she not get automatic text notifications? But yes, she should not only book her appointments, but if she needs help it needs explained to her that it needs to be done during her appointment time & you are not able to push into the time that someone else is paying for.

    Hi Liz, unrelated to the current video. But I wanted to ask about the dot mini. I got it per your recommendation; I have back problems when doing my own nails, and this allows me to sit on the couch- reducing the stress in my back. However, until recently, I've only used LE products. I ran into a problem with my Ultra Gloss (Akzenze) & wonder what is going wrong. I remember you saying that this lamp will cure anything needed, so is it possibly user error on my part? Or is it possibly my battery, mentioned in one of your Instagram posts regarding rechargeable lamps. Any guidance would be appreciated, as I also do hair on occasion which makes the Ultra Gloss essential to my kit. I hope this finds you well, & Thank You so much for all of the education over the years, allowing me to be successful.
