Just curious. Is there a reason why the check valve for the soap is after the metering valve, the other 2 are before. I'm learning about how the things work 👍🏽

That is a good question. Sometimes, the spacing between the legs of the proportioner is so tight that offsetting the soap leg is necessary. In this case it isn’t necessary due to spacing. However, I’ve gotten to the point where I build all of them the same way now.

What's the cost of rebuild

How did you manage to get all three Pintail dials to have the off word straight up? I've ordered them and i get various portions, thanks Shawn!

@@johnpaul-mp7zc I have found that as well. One of the reasons we stopped using the Pentair valves is that every time I would order them I would get fake or phony knock off valves. And what you were finding with the dials not clocked the correct way is how I found out they were fakes. Also, real Pentair valves have “rainbow plastics” in the black part of the valve.
