Ordered a shirt thanks for all you do hoping to get a system within next couple months

How did you manage to get all three Pintail dials to have the off word straight up? I've ordered them and i get various portions, thanks Shawn!
@@johnpaul-mp7zc I have found that as well. One of the reasons we stopped using the Pentair valves is that every time I would order them I would get fake or phony knock off valves. And what you were finding with the dials not clocked the correct way is how I found out they were fakes. Also, real Pentair valves have “rainbow plastics” in the black part of the valve.
How did you put it on
@@WyattLanning it slips right over the top
Oh wtf... this is legit redneck rigged...
In the process of starting my own little business these are great setups i will be ordering one once i get the ball rolling
Excellent, all orders can be placed on our new website www.budgetSoftwashsolutions.com
Where are the 1" GF Valves??? I could totally use them, willing to pay the price for quality, but I've looked all over and cannot for the life of me find them. Only 3/8 and 1/2
What’s the size of the battery?
Group 24 sized marine deep cycle.
Dog: "Yeah, yeah, yeah... very nice setup - now would ya throw the damn ball?? - I'm bored...."
I hope you make a little bit of money lol that sucks
SESW should have used a different color than blue. Most guys don't like to hear about blue balls.
but you never forget a blue ball. :)
What kind of strap is this?
It’s made specifically for strapping down barrels
Get them at www.budgetsoftwashsolutions.com
looks great, but dumb question here,,,, where did you get the hose that goes in-between the proportioner and the pump please ???? thank you,,,,
Do I ship to nz your site says no
Shout out to the camera man for the great video!!
can you reach a 3 story home with that 7gpm
Please remember that when you ask whether this system will reach a certain point or number of feet that there are more variables that you need to consider. If you are using a hose real with this system that is going to be a restriction that will cause you distance. The size of the hose you use, the nozzle that you use. All these things matter when figuring distance. Check out our website www.budgetsoftwashsolutions.com for other videos and details
These straps sold out quick!! However, I have restocked them! We have plenty in stock now if you want to grab some.

What kind of clamps do you use to hold the proportioner in place?
Do you put Tru blue or Teflon tape between the body and collar?
No, there is an o ring that seals the collar to the valve body.
You're killing it Shawn! Wish you the best and hope to see you scale this big!! Will definitely be a happy customer from New Jersey
Thanks
very nice
Loving the new products definitely ordering more!
I bought a gun and jrod for my setup from you. Can I use the same jrod on the pressure washer ?
Yes, however it might not be optimal for your pressure washer. That gun however is low pressure only!
Great price on the valves! 👍🏻
I have 3/4 proportioner. It won’t suck SH and water at the same time. I have 3/8 hose reel
Hey wsp im in ny , how much are these around Thanks

Nice driveway looks good what is a shepherd and dingo
Sean, I want one..how do I order?
Head to www.budgetsoftwashsolutions.com
Can you make me one ?
www.budgetsoftwashsolutions.com We have some instock
Why would one want 3/4" metering valves on a 7gpm pump?
More flow
So the 1/2” are restricting?
@@erikrose7041 yes, they restrict and limit your distance. But they still work and we still sell 1/2" proportioners
Hey Shawn if your using a reel would you use 1/2 or 5/8 hose with the big Flo proportioner ?
We use 5/8” hose on our reel.
@@apexpressurecleaning would you sell me a 7gpm 100psi delavan pump?
what do you have the dials turned to?
That's a good question, I don't recall what settings I had on the proportioner. The great thing is that those who buy a system or one of our proportioners, receive a ratio chart along with their order. This helps get you started with the system and shortens the time learning the proportioner.
How much can be saved cutting out the soap valve? Adding soap to the SH Tank can be a space saver for me. Thanks.
Hey, can you post a link to that soft wash gun?
budgetsoftwashsolutions.com/products/soft-wash-trigger-gun
Legend. Thank you!
On the 3/4 valves.... Are you going to get more with the 123456 on them vs the 1-10? Also can I use 3/4 system on my 5.5gpm 12v if I know I'm going to get a SESW 8gpm 24v later?
Yes you can absolutely use the 3/4" proportioner with a 5.5gpm pump. That's how our personal rig is currently set up. As far as the markings on the valves, there is no difference between the two. I like the ease of 1-10.
how high will it shoot the water
A lot depends on your individual situation. But with this pump. And a 1/2" proportioner, without a hose reel to restrict flow, it's good for 25-35 feet. That's using our Jrod.
Good stuff!!
Thanks
Batch buster is the only valve that is actually engineered for the industry and true to metering capabilities
No it’s not. Cody just copies everyone else and claims that he invented it Look at his new pump. He copied North Star 24 volt pump Personally I hate 12 volts anyways but all the newbies that don’t know anything flock to Cody because they are green and don’t know any better
@@kylecrisman9230 He will be sued into bsnkruptcy if those manfactures find out he is copying and stealing their design. I know Truckmount building guy who lost everyrhing over building and selling someone elses designs claiming it was his. U can rebuild anything. Its when u copy and resale as its your design when those people will sue u broke
@@scraplifetrashtocash4551that’s what I’d like to see him get a good lawsuit. He just bashes every other builder sells newbies a dream. I wouldn’t buy anything from him
I will say it’s not a claim on more flow with the blue ball. It’s a 100% fact. Less starvation on pumps while increasing flow significantly and not messing with metering percentages.
I do tile & grout, carpet, upholstery hot water extraction, but was asked yesterday by a small shopping center if I could pressure wash their property that has like algae/dirty water stains running down from the roof. I have very limited experience pressure washing other than my rental units which have wood siding. This building is fiber cement stucco I believe in a tan color. I tried ecolabs chemical from Home Depot and it didn’t really help remove the algae. I had to really apply a lot of pressured water to get some of it out from the area I tested, but that didn’t seam ideal. Do you think bleach would be better to break it down so I don’t have to rely on the water pressure so much? I want the chemical to do most of the work so I don’t damage the walls or paint. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Yes you bleach higher the concentration of sodium hypochlorite the better
Here you go big dog, 100 likes. Great setup.
Thanks
@@apexpressurecleaning don't mention it. Hey real quick, who's your supplier? If you don't mind.
@@codygorditacrunch for which component?
I guess the frame, the pump, and who do you go to for your chems? I like that frame. Do you mostly shop online?
Just saw your pinned comment. My bad.
Nice video! where do you order custom ones from? Obviously I would need order bulk but I’m interested in purchasing custom ones for our rigs. Thanks!
Disregard. I didn’t realize at beginning of video that you built systems for sale. I wouldn’t disclose sources for materials. I apologize for asking. Just wanted reply to let you know why I asked such a dumb question!
Very nice professional looking setup. How many hours can you get with the Group 24DC battery?
I’ve been able to use the system for a full 8 hr work day without issue. But the amount of time the pump is running will dictate battery life.
When plumbing the water, soap, and bleach, do the hoses have to be the same length?
I have seen this question come up before on Facebook. In my opinion, they don’t need to necessarily be the same length. However, you probably want them to be fairly close. Having one 10’ longer than the other may lead to problems.
Good product 👍👍 give tutotial use the 3/4 and 7 gpm to used. And maintanen battery use. Thank u brother good luck for u
Tutorial i mean sorry
As far as the battery maintainer, it's the same as your cell phone, plug it into the wall when you're done using it, or when it's dead. As far as the 7gpm 3/4" system being used. Well have to wait until spring. It's a bit cold here in Michigan.
@@apexpressurecleaning thank u brother 👍👍
