How’d you secure the grab bar into the false floor? I have a 154 with a false floor, but can’t think of a way to really secure a grab bar to the floor like yours. Let me know, awesome build!

Yes he did, and all he put back was a wooden floor but he had the sides foam filled for better floatation!

What kind of paint did you use for the outside of the boat?

We just used awl-grip marine paint for the outside!
