I absolutely love to hear God included in the picture. I've been with my husband for twenty years, but we've only been married for seven, after our seventh child was born. When we finally committed ourselves before God, that's when we really fell in true love. We thought we loved each other before, but something magical took place at the altar. When we were prayed over, there was electricity, and we both felt it. We have a bond now that wasn't there before, it's like we're truly one. I also really love how old fashion you are, and unapologetically too! I have become the same way, and it's a beautiful thing.

Guido is so mature, so masculine, brave yet gentle and sensible. This is what a gentleman should look like. Very intelligent and charming man who knows how to recognize a high value woman when he sees one. He gives and receives respect. And Kylie, you are a classic beautiful feminine woman that’s why you attracted a wholesome masculine man. Never pay attention to the latest flavor of feminism that is very destructive for women, despite what they say. You do very well in cooking and caring for your home, your man and your family while still being such a creative person who is a star on what you do!! YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFULLY ELEGANTLY on the right place. Just follow your heart and instinct. “My mother loves you and my father who is grumpy, he cheers up when he sees you.” , that’s emotional intelligence right there! 💛 May God keep blessing this wonderful relationship because it was made in Heaven.

My husband is an Italian Frenchman....Italian mother, French father...he lived the first 12 years of his life in France, and yes he has many wonderful characteristics as Guido. After meeting him through mutual friends on his side, we finally decided to go on a date with a few of my friends. And imagine that one of my good friends had been friends with him since college! Never knew! And that spark!! Oh yes Kylie! When we kissed, like the French do, on the cheeks, to say goodbye.....we both felt a huge spark! We’ve been married for 42 years! And you are so right about mutual respect and curtesy. So important in a long lasting marriage. We’ve had a major down in our marriage, but I think it was through respect and kindness that we were able to stay together. Wishing you much love and happiness from Canada!

*Maria Casella* - Yes, you have discerned correctly, for while Kylie has yet to be filled with the Holy Spirit (and which I am praying will happen to both her and Guido), God was nonetheless answering the unspoken prayer of her heart, which was to encounter true love. When God answered Kylie's heart's desire, the Spirit of God confirmed this through the experience they shared when they first touched, for they were (in a manner of speaking) touching their destiny.

@@thesaint2022 amazing comment :) Now, since by your comment I see, that you are a christian, I want to ask you something ( I am myself, to be perfectly frank, on a fence with my legs on God's side, hence I don't understand many things from Bible, just yet) but I want to ask to you this --> is it truly so, according to the Paul's letters, at least, -- that some people are destined for marriage and that is indeed God's gift and other people can be alone all life, that is their God's given destiny? Is this true or have I mistaken? I am myself pretty comfy on my own, been single for a long time now and got used to it. But at times, I really long for having that god given partner, long for being loved truly and sharing my lifetime with special someone that is just most suited for me and well...only God knows who that is and how to connect us both. I have just stepped in my early 30-ies. no kids either. Should I pray to God to give me love or take my current single and alone position as His will and just let it be even if that is until end of my days? And, risking sounding foolish, but - can extended singleness (and loneliness) be God's personal punishment for me OR maybe a result of a curse? I live in such region, where witchcraft is blooming and mostly women tend to visit magicians and fortune tellers. Sometimes I think, someone has done something to me, since I struggle a lot to establish close relationships, whether those be romantic or even friendships with my peers. I thank you for reading this through.

Funny thing when I was around your age, I used to fall in love fast fairly quickly. But now at 52, I’m right where you are, slow burn fall in love. I don’t fall in love quickly like I used to. I guess pain and heartache taught me a lot. I think carefully about where my headspace is and what I really want and to assess on his intentions with me. Let me tell you, this strategy has helped me weed put the bad men that didn’t have good intentions and now I’m able to narrow down what kind of relationship I really want. I spot bad people much more quicker than when I was in my 20s and from my experience with Divorce. You are lucky now to be at the age and so wise beyond than most young impressionable women your age could do. Guido is a true gentleman and a rare gem that we don’t see very often nowadays. Nothing like the old fashion traditions. I’m here for it and wishing you life time of happiness 🙏🏻

I am almost 30, and one year ago I broke up with the man I thought I was going to marry and have family with because I found out he cheated. I was super broken..still somehow putting my pieces together and as your friends kind of given up on love - especially with the context that we live in. Listening to your story (together with some deep inner work the past year haha) light up this small spark in my heart that maybe, maybe, one day, somewhere he will be exactly there for me and I will be exactly there him. I wish you both all the best!! Health, love, happiness and wonderful kids!! And thank you for lifting us higher during our week with your videos!!

As someone who is marrying for the first time, at 52, I can say to all those younger people out there to keep working on yourself and all that you wish to offer to others. There is superficial attraction and then there is that true compatibility that can take many years to manifest in front of you. My fiance is a widower and will be 61 when we marry. We discovered so many things in common but we would never have got together when we were younger because our life paths were on quite different tracks. I am so happy to be with my fiance and I can tell you that every day of happiness when you are older is a complete gift. You all have so much to look forward to; stay positive.

This sort of video typically makes me cry, because it honestly talks about things I need to actively understand and learn as an autistic woman - someone who stryggles with expressing my emotions, as well as interacting with people (long term experience with rejection and bullying/harrassement from others, difficulty to connect and maintain connections, masking constantly to try and fit in, bad events that left heavy scars with their own set of trauma on top... With the perk of being high functional, which means I've always been aware something was off without fully understanding why, which is very distressing and caused long term, sever social anxiety and depression). Despite my parents having lived together for decades, I also didn't exactly have the most nurturing childhood, because I went through years of emotional abuse and neglect, on top of growing up as an undiagnosed autistic person who basically had to master the subtle art of survival if I didn't want to drown. All of that started being adressed when I pushed for the autism diagnosis at 24, got it at 25 and was lucky enough to find a therapist specialised in autism not far from home (a rarity in France, even in the Parisian region). This very therapist is the first person who aknowledged my background of abuse and took it into account during our appointments (a nice change from constantly falling through the cracks and being failed by everybody around me while believing I was the one failing others), she helped me tremendously for the last 4 years. Because of that background, people are still difficult to handle for me, and for now, at 28, my goal is mostly to finally free myself from my family's clutches, set strict boundaries and start living my own life. In a way, I'm doing now what people tend to do when they're 14yo, which is quite weird. I also long for a proper relationship, something similar to what you and Guido have (hello, fellow old souls), but I'll have to overcome my fear and distrust, and the other may need to have as much patience with me as they'd have with an angry-but-really-scared stray cat. There's still this fear that I'll either attract someone unpleasant who sees through the cracks and leads me to a new cycle of abuse and dehumanistion, or that I'll be deemed "not enough" despite my best efforts. So seeing this video made me cry, because it explains things, it explains what I need to look for, and how to determine what I need vs what I want in a person. I'll be looking forward to the next part of that wonderful Q&A!

Wow, what an incredible journey you’re on. It seems like you have wonderful self-awareness and initiative and clarity. I wish you all the best in your pursuit of trust. I made a video a few years ago here on this channel called Softness and Light: How To Trust Again. Maybe it might resonate with you. Some people we can open to can seem like one step forward and unfortunately leave us three steps backward but there are so many gentle souls out there - I know because I read thousands of emails from them from around the world - and if you can pick yourself up each time and find the courage to give someone new a chance, I believe eventually you will find that person who will probably fall in love with the very fact that you have mastered how to deal with autism. And when you find that person who loves you for the battles you’re fought, it is like being able to just take your hands off the steering wheel you’ve been gripping onto so tightly all your life and let someone drive a little of the way and enjoy being a passenger in safe hands. I wish this for you with all my heart. 😊

For what it's worth, I want to say that I have had similar experiences like you. Also a late autism diagnosis and a whole journey of mental health problems. From what you wrote, I think you are truly on the right road to happiness. Steadily keep working at those ghosts from the past. It will learn you to stay more and more true to yourself. It still may take some time for a good relationship to arrive. That might feel unjust or hopeless. But keep the focus on yourself. Play open card with people about who you are, even if you fear they will reject you for it. Your work will pay off. Your life will get better. The fact that you are watching these videos is proof that you still have beauty in you. In time, it will flourish over the anger and distrust. I wish you lots of courage and all the best!

First off... Congratulations to you both!! Such a beautiful couple. Next, I know what you mean about a place drawing you back. I used to go to a particular part of Dublin, business meetings would bring me there. It was near the ocean. I used to feel such calm, but at the same time longing. I would go back to the centre of the city where I lived & the feeling would disappear. But when I would return to that same place maybe a week or so later, my heart would long so much & at the same time I'd feel such peace. In November of this year I will be 19 years together with the love of my life. That place I spoke about, that feeling of longing but at the same time peace. Turns out, my forever love lived a half mile up the road from where I use to stand & think to myself, what is that feeling? ❤️❤️✌️ Your channel is amazing!!! Again Congratulations to you both.

Thank you Rob and congratulations - 19 years is a wonderful achievement together. It’s lovely to know you understand this idea of looping back to a destination. Sometimes I feel there’s a giant planet and so many new places to see but other times I’ve felt that if you’re lucky enough to experience a town or a country that gives that sense of serenity you describe, then life’s short and one should get back to wherever the soul resonates most deeply.
