How we installed new windows into our 1930s Bungalow

ITS WINDOW DAY!!
Living in a property with limited windows is a struggle but finally the day has come where we add some new fancy videos into our new bathroom and utility area! We had help from our window fitters Flush Fit Installations who we highly recommend if you live in south Wales, we decided to go for anthracite windows but inside the bathroom we went with a white frame. In this video we also remove an old chimney breast which was on its 45 angle into both rooms, this will allow us to have more room in the bathroom for a bath to fit by the window.
What our channel is about:
We bought this semi-detached bungalow in August 2022 and given ourselves 3years to flip the property and sell on. We have a target budget of £70,000! Natasha is the editor and video maker, while Rhys is the builder (a carpenter by trade). We plan on doing 95% of the work ourselves to keep costs down.
This channel is for documenting our experiences - Good or Bad. This is our first time doing anything like this with full times jobs! Can we stick within our budget? Will the building inspector pass each stage? and the biggest question...will we still be married at the end of the project? Subscribe to find out...

She is definitely a star, working a full time job, running a second business, filming and editing our socials, keeping on top of measuring and ordering materials, supporting me with the work and labouring, doing all the cooking, cleaning and washing up. It all wouldn’t be possible without her

Enjoy watching this series. All coming along well. Just wondering why the windows are fitted nearly flush with the outside skin and a deep revail inside. Are you cladding the outside?.
