I never knew I was interested in a barn until this video came out.

The finished barn looks great, really like the colors. I just got done doing my own barn and noticed that the posts when installed does not have uplift brackets nor did it have the post wrap to ensure concrete never touches the wood. These are minimal cost items that can save thousands in repairs later. The uplift brackets are code required in my county with a wall height that you have. I never thought of the steel truss but also have cathedral ceilings but not as close to what you have here. That is something I will look into for the next barn.

Perfection builders totally professional’s construction of the barn.

Great drone work and editing guys! It was really cool to see how everyone on the concrete crew were matching in neon yellow and El Jefe was wearing black. How come they didn’t take off the topsoil prior to setting posts?

Since there were no rebars in the flooring guessing they used a fiber-mesh in it place !! Great big pole barn !!!

the barn is great. but if it were mine I would have made sure to having running water, a bathroom, and drains in the floor for just in case.

Good place to hide your work vehicles too. Imagine how rainwater you could collect off that roof alone, you could add a water system and rarely have to use your well. Hope it's got a high hurricane rating too.

Congratulations on an awesome building and really enjoyed the detailed start to finish video. I'm currently working on the specs for a similar build and this has given me some new ideas. I may have missed it but can you provide the dimension specs for the bldg. I was thinking it is 40'x60'x18' tall sides. I agree with other commenters that it is great to see a young family working hard and thriving. All the best.

Those builders are some bad ass dudes!

Basic build, looks nice with interior wood columns and wood purlins. I saw it’s missing a drop off of 1 1/2” around the bottom perimeter and foam enclosure w/ the base angle to prevent water coming in. The steel angle joist / rafter were nice. I know you’ll get hurricanes out in Florida; I’m wondering what your wind loads are in that county. I saw no X-wind bracing on roof or walls ( are they needed w/ a pole barn build?). Metal panels could’ve been thicker, I’m guessing it’s a 26ga. panel. I wouldn’t know the specs on a pole barn vs a Pre Engineered Metal Building. Good build over all. 👌🏽
