The Bible says that no one is a good person. We have all broken God's law the 10 commandments, we have all committed, lies, adultery, idolatry, and blasphemy. We deserve hell, but because of what Jesus did on the cross we can be forgiven. So if you Repent of your sins, change your wicked ways, and put your faith in Christ you will be written in the book of life. 👌 🙏Repentance is reviewing one's actions and feeling contrition or regret for past wrongs, which is accompanied by commitment to and actual actions that show and prove a change for the better..

When I was little, I had a dream of having a river in the backyard foyer that is connected to tap water. So when you need water, you scoop from the river instead of tap. Seeing this is sort of a confirmation that I could, maybe one day is that far future, make my dream real.

This is beyond amazing!!! I am an artist and designer / mountain, rock and water freak ~ this literally had me in tears. Just recently became disabled and in a wheelchair so no more forging with bronze or time in sculpture labs. Thank you with all my heart for this gift of nature for inside a home. I can’t get out and hike in my Rocky Mountains in Alberta Canada anymore so for a few moments you made me feel like I was in my “backyard” collecting rocks on my journeys !! Fantastic !!! Forging with bronze is physically exhausting and takes months to create and finish one piece in the lost wax process. Being able bodied is crucial . If I was a millionaire I could have lots of machinery modified to make it possible but disability leaves me in poverty. But I have found countless ways to forge through my life and find new artistic mediums more ability friendly now. Live one day in a wheelchair and go out into the world if your vehicle fits your chair without modifications and see what a day in the life is like. I used to work with people in wheelchairs and thought I knew. I didn’t .

Wait wait, you guys actually think he kept it? && For 2 years?! ✋😂 Epoxy waterfall furniture popped up in Asian art trends 2 years ago, the original inspo source he took 👮 this from (and Walmartized) were considerably more artistic or when filmed to be explanatory, verbose, but in either case, demonstrated genuine enjoyment and care for the craft. You know, instead of: - Covering up his lack of planning for the river scene by photoshopping the clickbait "river" on the thumbnail. - Slapping on a cracked and jagged piece of acrylic (cut with a saw!!) and going, "Whatever, I'll just hide it with a couple o' far shots." - Rushing through every single step at the end - from haphazardly gluing, calking, and torching, to adding the rocks solely by size and chef's kiss, and finally, tossing handfuls of plain, monochromatic dirt like a toddler. - As you so aptly pointed out, zero plans or consideration for water cleaning / overall longevity. Of course, he also could have gone the explanatory route, where the beauty matters less if you just want to show how to build something correctly. But this wouldn't be so offensive to the originals if he did that. Nope, this is where he opted to play generic, royalty free "Chill" music with the absolutely sporadic timing of white text revelations. Good god, I went back to check for credit to the original art's sources (None) and noticed, HE DUBBED IN THE WATER SOUNDS TOO! That's it. I'm done. This is my first & _only_ time checking out this channel, and it's obvious the only part of this process he actually enjoys is collecting those sweet sweet KZread doubloons.

Really neat take on the "river table". However, I'm not so sure that styrofoam was the best choice as it does water log after it gets wet for a while. You may find that there might be a mold or mildew issue down the road. You may wind up have to redo that part. Really looks cool though.

Agree 100% the table concept is amazing! But I have just a few issues; one for sure is the clear coat. Maybe a thinned out 2 part epoxy would a better choice? 2nd is that plexi-glass center insert, Yuck! Spring for a custom cut piece of tempered glass. Your already in, don't skimp by using shitty plastic. My only other concern would be longterm, any mildew or algae growth on the inside of the hidden water return. I'm guessing a touch of diluted bleach from time to time would fix any weird stuffs growing in your table. Over-all very creative.

VERY interesting concept, has my wheels turning about summer projects. Drew, if you don't mind people asking, what would you do differently if you were going to do this project again? Do you think it would work better to set the plexiglass cover into a lip routed into the top, instead of setting it onto those padded pegs? What could you do to make the flow look a little more turbulent? I think a dining table version of this would be unique and mesmerizing, but it probably mean leaving out the waterfall. I'm also kind of thinking about a "zen garden" version of this with nice rounded river stones. Thank you so much for this great idea!

I made a hydroponics setup with a Styrofoam cooler to hold the water. Apparently it slowly leaks (slow enough that you barely notice) and destroyed the table it was sitting on. Wow finally someone else did this! A while ago I made something just like this (although this one is way better). Made a table with a river on it. I did use the same setup of making a channel in the middle of the table, carving it and forming it into a river, and then using a pump to circulate the water. The main difference is instead of legs, I had a solid base table, and the table base as a big box/container to hold the water and putting the pump at the bottom of the box. The water in the river would just waterfall at the edge down to the base. Also as a tip, make sure to use chlorinated water or else it will get moldy and become mosquito heaven. Secondly, do use the preserved moss, with my table it turned brown after around a month or two.
