How Unexpected Moments Of Inspiration Can Change Your Life | Sophia Choudry | TEDxBethnal Green Road

Sophia takes us on a journey to challenge the mundane, revealing how seemingly ordinary actions can ignite the spark of a new idea. Drawing from scientific research and her own experiences, she unveils the surprising ways in which everyday activities can stimulate breakthrough thinking.
Sophia invites us to reconsider our perception of great ideas, demonstrating that it's not limited to rare moments of inspiration.
Join Sophia as she challenges us to embrace the potential in the ordinary and harness it to fuel innovation in our personal and professional lives. Introducing Sophia Choudry, a multi-award-winning entrepreneur whose invention, which originated from her grandmother's kitchen almost 50 years ago, has evolved into a global business brand. Sophia has used her business as a platform to endorse her South Asian heritage and proven that tradition can be kept alive in this modern world.
From humble beginnings, Sophia embarked on a journey of healing and growth discovering that success can emerge from the most unexpected places.
Sophia's commitment to philanthropy shines through via the "You Buy, We Donate" initiative, resulting in feeding over 11,000 families in Lebanon refugee camps and thousands more worldwide. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

Loved watching this Sophia, thank you for sharing this message, so many of us hold ourselves back because of the things we have been through in our past - self doubt and imposter syndrome are real… but u are so right! That light bulb moment comes and we lack the courage to move on it… that is the moment where we can choose to over come! Get those dough balls out 😂 - that should be a new business idea for you lol
