There’s nothing more to be done other than giving supplies, we the west have no soldiers to send, our young are soft entitled embarrassments so conscription is impossible. Plus Europe has been given away to Islam and is infested with parasites. Don’t think us some powerhouse the west is a paper tiger even America can only mobilise through false flags, the avarage western man would never sign up to fight and certainly wouldn’t fight while the immigrants get treated better than our veterans and elderly. The west is broken and pathetic, import the third world become the third world.

I am quite sure that if the USA withdraws from NATO, it is the American arms industry that will lose the most. There are so many good alternatives with European ownership rights that are currently produced under license in the USA. If we cannot trust the US as an ally, these agreements will most likely be terminated. In addition, European weapon systems will be reduced. Thus releasing large sums for the build-up, development and production of European weapon systems.

Again, agree with general 100%. But even with funding, logistics must be in place to rapidly distribute munitions, missiles, and supplies to the UA. With deep respect to European nations, they should not assume U.S. or any Nation will commit regardless of Article 5 so increasing budgets, manpower and the necessary production to maintain & will a long term war with Russia which will last a considerable time. U.S. and NATO can defeat Russia with conventional forces and drive them back but how much territory is NATO willing to give up at what costs? How many casualties both military & civilian. Russia will only cease operations if they are beaten back with incredible and non sustaining loses. Then the threats of Nuclear will need to be considered. But we cannot allow Russia to bully US and NATO nor UKRAINE.

The numbers given the answer about this war and the impossibility Russia to win, in a conventional war of course. First number the front line have at least 1000 km, it means that if you theoretical put a man aligned to control 4m it gives about 250 000 men, and if you want a tank for witch 1km aligned controled you must have about 1000 tanks, thats how you get for the numbers minimum to hold uniform standing front lines, of course in practice you don't aligned but it will gave an idea of the minimum manpower and mecanized brigade do it. When you don't have this numbers, generally use the artillery, and that the key point for the Russians, they don't have this numbers but if they use artillery with maximum 70km range they only need about 15 bateries, but they have more. The artillery is only effective if we have areal support and the enemy don't have none. So if you analise the Russian modus operandi in this war can see that the Russians are pushing for the part they have advantage in the battle field for winning, artillery. For that in the first 6 month of the invasion they vanished the Ukrainian air force capability. So the first measure for Ukraine win the war is inactive the Russian artillery and the logistic supply, only with that they can advance and retaking the occupied territory. For do it they need an effective air force, for this specific task its needing only 5 fighters in continus air activity for 24h, with the rotation complete need 10 fighters in total to break all the Russian artillery now in the field. Than more 5 focus in the cutting logistic supply came from the Russian border, so in the total the Ukrainian air force need 15 to 20 fights minimum with capability at least 4G or 4G+. When the Ukrainians get this two main objectives that the real sign the war is over for Russia conventionally speaking.

If that same scenario spread to China, why would America needs a General Dynamics or Lockheed Martin? War industries only thrive with a worthy and credible adversary. As Defense Secretary Austin pleads with Ukraine not to destroy Russian oil and refinery assets, there are those in the west who would benefit from excess crude in the marketplace despite the fact it being pumped and sold by an adversary. Political loyalties and ideological beliefs have no place when profits are concerned. Just ask the Swiss how they benefitted by cooperating with Berlin and Washington during WW2.
